Accessing my Account 

How do I access the Account Portal? 

To access your Account Portal Click Account Top Right or https://shopsuppgradelabs.com/account

Do I need to create an account? 

You will need to create an account with the store in order to manage your subscription on an ongoing basis. 

In your account you will be able to skip, gift, cancel, edit shipping & payment details. 

How do I create an account? 

You can create an account in one of these 2 ways.  

1. Sign up for your first subscription purchase. You will have the ability to activate your account when you receive an email confirmation of your subscription. 

2. Sign up directly here (using the same email as was used for your subscription order) 

Orders 

How to view my next order?

View all your upcoming subscription orders from your Customer Account Portal. Once logged in, you’ll land on our portal homepage.

SEE ALL: How do I see all upcoming orders? 

  • You can see all upcoming orders associated with a subscription by clicking on See all upcoming orders
  • This will open a modal where you can take quick actions (Skip, Gift) on certain scheduled orders, or the option to navigate into more options for a certain scheduled order. 

SEND NOW: How do I send my next scheduled order immediately? 

  • If you don’t not want to wait until your scheduled next order date, you can opt to "Send now" by clicking Manage next order. 
  • You can click on the Send now icon, indicated with a shipping box. You will be directed to a confirmation state which they can confirm or cancel your choice. 

SKIP: How do I skip my next order?  

  • If you don’t want your next scheduled order, you can opt to "Skip" by clicking Manage next order. 
  • You can click on the Skip icon, indicated with a skip forward arrow. You will be directed to a confirmation state which you can confirm or cancel your choice, in addition to viewing when your next scheduled order will process if you confirm to the skip. 

GIFT: How do I gift my next order?  

  • If you want to send your upcoming subscription order to a friend or family, you can opt to "Gift" by clicking Manage next order. 
  • You can click on the Gift icon, indicated with a gift box. You will be directed to a state where you can enter the recipient's shipping information and an optional gift message (up to 160 characters).  
  • The recipient will receive an email notification with the gift message letting them know they have been gifted an order from the shop, but the email will not reveal the contents of the order to the recipient—this remains a surprise!  

DELAY DATE: How do I delay my next order?  

  • You can click on the Delay date icon, indicated with a clock icon. You will be directed to a confirmation state which you can choose between the below options, in addition to viewing when your next scheduled order will process if you confirm to delay. 
  • Delay 1 week 
  • Delay 2 weeks 
  • Delay 3 weeks 
  • Set custom date (Customer will be directed to a calendar to pick a specific date) 

SWAP: How do I swap an item in my next order?  

  • If you want to change up some of the items scheduled to be delivered in your next order, you can opt to "Swap" by clicking Manage next order. 
  • You can click on the Swap icon, indicated with two arrows. You will be directed to a confirmation state which they chose which item you want to swap out—and which item you would like to swap into your next order. 

EDIT ADDRESS: How do I edit my address for my next order? 

  • If you need to change the delivery address for your next order, you can opt to "Edit address" by clicking Manage next order. 
  • You can click on the Edit address icon, indicated with a house. You will be directed to a confirmation state where you can enter a new address. 

ADD: How do I add an item to my next order? 

  • If you want to add an item to your next order, you can opt to "Add item" by clicking Manage next order. 
  • You can click on Add item, located at the end of the list of current items in the order. You will be directed to a confirmation state where you can search items to add from a list. 

BUNDLES: How do I edit items in my next order? 

  • If you want to edit items within your bundled subscription for your next order, you can opt to "Edit" the bundled box by clicking Manage next order. 
  • You can click on Edit, located underneath the bundled product. 
  • You will be directed to a modal state where you can adjust quantity, add, and remove items from the bundled box. 
  • When a bundle has more item slots to fill, you will see a placeholder slot in addition to a progress bar showing your progress to "Box full!" 
  • You can change the size of their bundled subscription by clicking "Select different size". 

Accessing my Account 

How do I manage my subscription? 

You can view all your upcoming subscription orders from your Customer Account Portal. Once logged in, you’ll land on your portal homepage.  

You view your active and paused subscriptions under the Subscriptions section and Subscriptions tab. 

FREQUENCY: How do I edit the delivery frequency of my subscription?  

  • If you want to change the cadence of your subscription deliveries, (ex. 3 weeks to 1 month) you can opt to "Edit frequency" by clicking Manage subscription. 
  • You can click on the Edit frequency icon, indicated with a calendar and clock. You will be directed to a confirmation state which you can select one of the frequencies available in the subscription program. 

SET DATE: How do I set the next date for my subscription?  

  • If you want to set a new date for your subscription delivery dates to be based on, you can opt to "Set next date" by clicking Manage subscription. 
  • You can click on the Set next date icon, indicated with a calendar. You will be directed to a confirmation state which you can select on a calendar a new date for your subscription.  
  • You will also see help text: "Your upcoming orders will be updated based on this new date...". 

BUNDLES: How do I edit items in my bundled subscriptions?  

  • If you want to modify the items in your bundled subscription, you can opt to "Edit" by clicking Manage subscription. 
  • You can click on Edit, located underneath the bundled product. 
  • You will be directed to a modal state where you can adjust quantity, add, and remove items from your bundled box. 
  • You can change the size of your bundled subscription by clicking "Select different size". 

EDIT PAYMENT: How do I edit my payment method for their subscription?

  • If you want to update the payment method for your subscription, you can opt to "Edit payment" by clicking Manage subscription. 
  • You can click on the Edit payment icon, indicated with wallet. You will receive a notification to your email with a link to securely update the payment method associated with your subscription. 

CANCEL: How do I cancel my subscription? 

  • If you want to cancel your subscription, you can opt to "Cancel" by clicking Manage subscription. 
  • You can click on the Cancel icon, indicated with a stop sign. You will be directed to a confirmation state which you can confirm your desire to cancel.  
  • Please provide a reason for why you are cancelling. 

Order History & Account Details 

How do I view my order history? 

You can view all your order history orders for both subscription and one-time purchases from your Customer Account Portal. Once logged in, you'll land on your portal homepage.  

You can view your order by year under Order History. 

The following badges can appear on each order mini-card to indicate the status of the order: 

  • Processing 
  • Shipped 
  • Gifted 
  • Refunded 

By clicking on the order mini-card, you can view all details associated with your order – including tracking and carrier information if the order has been shipped.  

How do I edit my default address? 

  • You can edit the default shipping address for all your subscriptions at once from your Customer Account Portal. Once logged in, you'll land on our portal homepage.  
  • You view your current default address under Settings. You can click Change address. 
  • A modal will appear with your current address pinned to the top. Clicking Add a new address will open fields to enter a new address to add to your address book. 

How do I update my email associated with my account portal? 

  • You can change the email address used to log into your account from your Customer Account Portal. Once logged in, you'll land on your portal homepage.  
  • You can view your current login information under Settings. You can click Change email.
