I have been taking this supplement for over 3 years now. I used to be Vitamin D deficient and now I am not. I know it works because when some time ago the product was backordered during the reformulation I stopped taking it and within 2 weeks I got sick. It was literally 3 years id i did not catch a cold or anything until I stopped taking this! I don't believe is a coincidence I love what this does for me and my endocrinologist as well!

I have been taking DAKE for about 3 years. The team at super grade labs continue to make improvements. The 1st batch needed to be shipped cold, the next iteration was a larger pill, but didn’t need cold shipping, the latest version is a small pill that has a little fat added so it is more bio available. I take 2 pills a day and my levels continue to be right on point.

Just started taking the supplements and the Motivation 101 has definitely changed my health for the better, also the Minerals 101 I believe are contributing to my higher energy levels, but too soon to tell. I'd give it another 90 days, but I am feeling positive above the future with these supplements.
I haven't been taking it long enough to see the results on my blood panel. However, the convienence of taking on pill is a big plus in my opinion. I do trust Suppgrades products and look forward to seeing how effective this one is.
