I have cervical spondylitis with a bulging disc, I have a very curved spine with a bulging disc in the lumbar spine, osteopenia, significant bone loss, osteoarthritis in several joints, and have been "offered" three surguries. At the age of 70, I have decided that many of the issues I have indicate I'm not a good candidate for surgery. I work three days a week at a big box store, standing and being active. I feel the pain would be out of control without Magnesium 101. I am not on any prescription medications, although they have been offered. I try to supplement instead. Thank you for a great product!

I have been taking magnesium for years for migraines. Magnesium 101 is extremely easy on my stomach and does not make me tired.

I have minerals , dake, mag, organs , I have been takeing them for about two months now. First week they gave me a head ach. After week two I started to feel better I had more energy. Some of the pills were cracked open on the organs and the mag. That was a little frustrating but what can you do. I’m sure they roll out hundreds of pills daily. But you have a customer for life Dave helped my a lot I’ve been on trt for about 3 months now after hearing his pod cast that’s how I found out about DAKE. Agin thanks Dave

I like this blend of magnesium compounds because it contains a fair amount of magnesium oxide, which helps keep my bowel movements regular. I take three a day, one with each meal.
