How It Works
Longevity is worth funding, and you may already have the funds set aside. Follow these steps:
Fill your cart
Choose your products and add them to your cart.
Select Truemed at checkout
Enter your details, then choose "Truemed - Pay with HSA/FSA" under payment options and click Pay Now.
Payment
Express checkout does not support HSA/FSA funds, so if you are logged into Shop Pay, click "Check out as guest" first.
Enter payment details
Truemed redirects you to their site to enter payment information.
Complete your health survey
Truemed walks you through a health survey about your HSA/FSA and your health. An independent licensed practitioner reviews your responses, and if you qualify, Truemed issues your Letter of Medical Necessity and your order goes through.
Have You Been Diagnosed Of Any Of The Following Conditions?
What are HSA and FSA accounts?
An HSA (Health Savings Account) or FSA (Flexible Spending Account) holds pre-tax dollars set aside for qualified medical expenses. That money already skipped income tax, which is where the savings come from.
Supplements can count as a qualified medical expense when a licensed practitioner determines they address a specific health condition and issues a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN). Truemed handles that step at checkout.
For most plans, FSA funds expire December 31, so plan to use them before year end. HSA funds roll over year to year.
Your biology works best on autopilot?
Your recurring orders may qualify too. Pay with your regular card, then submit your Letter of Medical Necessity and receipt to your plan administrator for reimbursement.

At checkout you choose "Truemed - Pay with HSA/FSA" and complete a short health survey. An independent licensed practitioner reviews your responses. If you qualify, Truemed issues a Letter of Medical Necessity and your order goes through using your pre-tax funds.
A Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) is documentation from a licensed practitioner stating that a product addresses a specific health condition. It is what makes a supplement a qualified medical expense under HSA and FSA rules. Keep it with your receipt for your plan administrator.
Qualified customers save an average of 30%, because HSA and FSA dollars are set aside before income tax. Your actual savings depend on your tax rate, so they will vary.
For most plans, FSA funds expire on December 31, so plan to use them before year end. Some plans offer a grace period or a limited rollover. HSA funds roll over year to year.
If you do not qualify, your order is not placed with HSA/FSA funds and you are not charged. You can complete your purchase with a regular payment method instead.
Subscription orders may qualify through reimbursement. Because recurring orders are charged to the card on file, the pre-tax funds are not applied at checkout. Truemed emails your Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) once the order is placed. Submit that letter along with your receipt to your plan administrator to claim the funds back from your HSA or FSA.
