DAKE® Just Got Better

The Science Behind the New Liquid Capsule Format

If you've been taking DAKE®, you already know what it does. D3, A, K1+K2, and E: four fat-soluble vitamins working together as a system. No shortcuts, no fillers, no RDA minimums designed for the 1950s. Just the foundational fat-soluble stack done right.

Now it's better.

DAKE® Liquid Capsule is the same trusted formula you've been taking daily, upgraded to a liquid capsule format that meaningfully improves how your body absorbs what's inside. Same vitamins. Same dose. More of them actually working.

Here's the science behind why the format change matters.

Why the Form of Your Fat-Soluble Vitamin Supplement Is a Bioavailability Decision

Vitamins D, A, K, and E cannot cross from your gut into your bloodstream without fat present. They dissolve in fat, not water, and when they arrive in your digestive system, they need a fat carrier to shuttle them across the intestinal wall. No fat, no absorption.

This is basic biochemistry. And it's why choosing a vitamin D K2 supplement in the right format matters just as much as choosing the right ingredients.

What Changed, and What Didn't

The previous form of DAKE® delivered its four vitamins in a powder capsule format. This format works, and millions of people have built their daily stack around it. The vitamins were right. The doses were right. The synergy between D, A, K, and E was right.

What's new is the delivery system.

Each DAKE® Liquid Capsule now suspends D3, preformed vitamin A, dual-source K1+K2, and DeltaGold® tocotrienols in MCT oil. Instead of leaving your body to source fat from your last meal, the capsule brings the carrier fat with it: built in, every day, regardless of what you ate.

What's new: Liquid capsule format in MCT oil · Smaller capsule size · The red cap is back · Advanced encapsulation prevents leaks and breakage

What didn't change: D3 (cholecalciferol) 5,000 IU · Preformed vitamin A (retinyl palmitate) · Dual-source K1 + K2 as MK-4 · DeltaGold® tocotrienols · GG-Gold® geranylgeraniol · Gluten free, dairy free, soy free, GMO free

The formula you trusted hasn't changed. The format that delivers it has, and that's the upgrade.

About the Red Cap

If you've been with DAKE® from the beginning, this one's for you. The original DAKE® had a red cap. It became a recognizable part of the product for the community that built their stack around it. When the formula evolved over the years, the cap changed too. With this launch, it's back.

The red cap is a signal. It marks a return to the roots of what DAKE® was always meant to be: clean, foundational, no-compromise fat-soluble nutrition. For longtime users, it's a familiar face with serious upgrades under the hood. For new customers, it's a fresh marker of something worth paying attention to.

Why MCT Oil Is the Right Carrier

Close-up scientific illustration showing MCT oil and vitamins D, A, K, E inside a cell membrane structure.

MCT oil (medium-chain triglycerides) is absorbed differently from the long-chain fats in most foods. It moves rapidly from the digestive tract into circulation and brings fat-soluble compounds with it, with no bile acid processing required. This makes it one of the most efficient carrier fats available for a fat-soluble vitamin stack.

When D, A, K, and E are suspended in MCT oil inside a liquid capsule, your gut has what it needs to begin absorption immediately. No guesswork. No meal timing. Just the vitamins, delivered right.

The Four Vitamins: Why All Four, and Why Together

Vitamin D3 — The Foundation. Vitamin D deficiency is one of the most common and underdiagnosed problems in modern health. We evolved producing D3 from UVB sunlight, but sunlight through a window provides zero UVB. Glass blocks the wavelengths your skin needs entirely. The result: most people are chronically, silently low on one of the body's most important hormonal compounds, one that governs immunity, bone health, mood, and inflammation. DAKE® provides 5,000 IU of D3 as cholecalciferol, the same form your body makes naturally.

Vitamin K1 + K2 (MK-4) — The Calcium Traffic Director. High-dose D3 increases calcium absorption. Without adequate K2, that calcium can end up in soft tissue and arterial walls rather than bones. K2 activates the proteins that direct calcium where it belongs. Taking vitamin D without K2 removes the guidance system. DAKE® uses dual-source K: K1 for general support and K2 as MK-4 for bone and cardiovascular protection. The best vitamin D K2 supplement doesn't treat these as separate choices. It delivers both, together.

Vitamin A (Retinyl Palmitate) — The Overlooked Partner. Vitamins A and D are circadian hormones that regulate hundreds of genes together. When one is deficient, the other can't do its job fully. DAKE® provides preformed vitamin A as retinyl palmitate, the ready-to-use form, not beta-carotene, which requires a conversion process that is inefficient and highly variable.

Vitamin E (DeltaGold® Tocotrienols) — The Advanced Protector. Most supplements use tocopherols as their vitamin E source. DAKE® uses DeltaGold® delta and gamma tocotrienols: structurally different, and functionally superior in a fat-soluble environment.

Tocotrienols protect the other three vitamins in the stack from oxidation and add their own benefits: cardiovascular support, neuroprotective effects, and cellular signaling that tocopherols don't provide. DAKE® also includes GG-Gold® geranylgeraniol, a biological precursor to K2 that supports the body's own K2 production and cellular energy. Few competitors include it.

Why DAKE® Outperforms a Multivitamin

Most multivitamins are built around RDA standards from the 1950s, designed to prevent deficiency diseases rather than optimize performance or longevity. They're a floor, not a ceiling. Beyond the dosing problem, they don't account for absorption: fat-soluble vitamins crammed alongside water-soluble vitamins in a powder capsule absorb inconsistently at best.

DAKE® is designed around one thing: getting the fat-soluble foundation right. D, A, K, and E help direct minerals to where they're needed and create the conditions for other supplements to work. If this foundation isn't in place, every other supplement in your stack performs below its potential.

Get the foundation right first.

How to Take It

One capsule per day, at any time. Best absorbed alongside a fatty meal such as eggs, avocado, olive oil, nuts, or meat. Each bottle contains 60 capsules, a 2-month supply.

Note on blood thinners: Vitamin K may interact with anticoagulation medications including Coumadin and warfarin. Consult your healthcare practitioner before use.

The Most Bioavailable DAKE® Ever Created

DAKE® has always been the fat-soluble vitamin stack done right. The new liquid capsule format is the next step: delivering that same trusted formula in a way that gives your body every advantage in absorbing it.

Same DAKE®. More of it working.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is DAKE® now in a liquid capsule?

Fat-soluble vitamins need fat to absorb. The liquid capsule format suspends D, A, K, and E in MCT oil, so your body has what it needs built into every capsule rather than relying on what you ate.

What's the difference between old DAKE® and DAKE® Liquid Capsule?

The formula is identical: same vitamins, same doses, same premium ingredients. What changed is the delivery format. The liquid capsule uses MCT oil as a carrier for improved absorption. The capsule is also smaller, and the red cap is back.

Why do I need K2 with vitamin D?

High-dose D3 drives calcium absorption. Without K2, that calcium can deposit in the wrong places, including soft tissue and arterial walls instead of bones. K2 is the guidance system. DAKE® includes both K1 and K2 as MK-4.

What are tocotrienols?

A form of vitamin E that moves more freely in cell membranes, penetrates deeper tissue, and actively supports cardiovascular and brain health. DeltaGold® uses delta and gamma tocotrienols, the most researched and most potent forms available.

Should I take DAKE® before other supplements?

Yes. The fat-soluble vitamins in DAKE® help direct minerals to where they're needed and create the biological conditions for other nutrients to work. Get the foundation right first.
