The new DAKE no longer needs to be taken with food. The MCT oil in the liquid capsule provides the fat needed for absorption, so it works on its own. Taking it with a meal can improve absorption further. It’s helpful, but not required.

Warning: Vitamin K may adversely interact with anticoagulation drugs known as blood thinners. Consult your healthcare practitioner before using this product if you are taking Coumadin, warfarin, or any other anticoagulant medications.

No more racing thoughts before bed, or mid night waking up

I've been trying Quiet Mode for a week now and cannot recommend it enough. I've tried a host of different sleep aids (melatonin, sleep waters, cdb gummies, etc) and they all mostly just knocked me out for hours and it was hard to get up in the morning. I was always nervous to take them during the work week. Seeing the dual dose method of this, and no melatonin, I thought I'd try it because I could try 2 pills at first and work up to 4 if I need it. Obsessed. I have taken 2 capsules before bed and can just ease into sleep within an hour or so. I don't wake up in the middle of the night nearly as much either. I'm a constant 3am awake for an hour person, except nights I've taken Quiet Mode. Tracking sleep on my Fitbit showed the difference too which was really interesting to see. My sleep score is consistently in the 80s nights I use Quiet Mode vs the night I forgot to take it where it dropped to the 60s (which was normal for me before).

I've tried 1-2 pills in the day too to see how it does on anxiety and it didn't make me sleepy which was nice. This is really a gem of a supplement for me. Happy to add it to my Suppgrade routine

I have been taking this supplement for over 3 years now. I used to be Vitamin D deficient and now I am not. I know it works because when some time ago the product was backordered during the reformulation I stopped taking it and within 2 weeks I got sick. Ok, what magic is this??!

I’ve tried so many different things to wind down at night. Melatonin, sleeping pills, magnesium, Tylenol PM.. it either didn’t work or left me feeling groggy the next day. For Medical Purposes

I buy this basically to keep my electrical system on par, and it's paired with DAKE and skate liver oil, among other fats. The electrolyte value of minerals 101 keeps my heart running smooth. Plus I drink distilled water only neutralized by Himalayan sea salt, so to me, the Minerals 101 are a necessity. If budget we're a restriction, I'd be buying all the Dave Asprey stuff, all the Bryan Johnson stuff and all the Keshe Foundation tech. The DAKE, Minerals 101 and oceanic fats are just a basic vestige
